Blossom Shadow Boxes: A Timeless Tribute to Nature's Beauty

 

Our Blossom Shadow Boxes begin with a delicate preservation process using silica gel, which carefully dries and maintains the vibrant essence of each flower. Once preserved, the flowers are thoughtfully arranged and artistically placed into a custom shadow box, where they are sealed to preserve their beauty for years to come. Each box is a unique, lasting keepsake that captures the natural elegance of your blooms in a frame of timeless elegance.

  • In order to have your flowers arrive to us in the best condition, make sure to follow all instructions listed.

    Following your event and before you ship your flowers, make sure to store them in a cool place with fresh water in a vase.

    Step 01

    Cut 1/2”- 1” off the bottom ends of the flowers’ stems at a diagonal with sharp scissors. Pat the stems of the flowers dry.

    Remove any special attachments from your bouquet such as ribbons, family heirlooms, etc.

    Step 02

    Loosely wrap your bouquet with tissue paper or packing paper in the same way you find flowers wrapped in a grocery store.

    DO NOT WRAP your bouquet with plastic, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels. This will cause your bouquet to mold!

    Step 03

    Line the bottom of the box with crumpled packing paper/tissue paper.

    Place the wrapped bouquet in the center of the crumpled paper.

    Cover the rest of the box with more packing paper/tissue paper to help prevent the bouquet from shifting around during transit.

    Step 04

    Seal the box with packing tape. Place a “FRAGILE” sticker on the box.

    Whether you or a relative/friend ships your flowers, LABEL THE BOX WITH THE FULL NAME THE ORDER WAS PLACED UNDER, THE ORDER NUMBER, AND A CALLBACK NUMBER!

    Step 05

    OVERNIGHT SHIP YOUR FLOWERS WITHIN 24-48 HOURS FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT

    UPS and FedEx are preferred for shipping – they are open on weekends.

  • We will email you when:

    1. We receive your flowers to inform you that we have received your flowers, display everything found in the box (bouquets, Boutonniere, invitations, etc.) and to also show you the condition the flowers arrived in.

    2. When we have designed your larger products (Blocks, Trays, Bookends, & Arches) for design approval. You can typically expect this email within 1-2 months after we have received your flowers. This timeline includes the 3 week preservation time we need to assure your flowers are preserved property to longevity.

    3. When your products are about to be shipped to confirm the address we have on file prior to shipping the order. We will not ship your order until the address is confirmed.
